Extra: Somewhat slow and more than a little klutzy, Zach doesn't quite know where he fits in the scheme of things. Between long, grueling shifts at the local grocery store, a second job at the animal shelter, and sleeping them off during school, he finds that he doesn't really have time for friends. His only recreational activity is participating in the school's soccer club, though he's not particularly good at it--in fact, he doesn't seem to excell at much of anything. Will he ever find his true calling? Probably not, but you never know. 
Name: Noah LancasterAge: 17 Likes: reading, coffee, his bass, science, art Dislikes: birds, sports, stupid people Extra: Serious, intelligent, and just about perfect in every way, you might say Noah has every right to be just a little bit arrogant; but while he doesn't really bother with ruses of modesty, he's far from a braggart. He does come off as condescending at times, but it's mostly when he's forced to speak to Zach. When he's not working at the coffee shop, he's usually either practicing with The Four Horsemen (the band he, his best friend, his cousin, and a random schoolmate formed), or doing something equally productive. Unfortunately, he does not consider tutoring Zach in biology to be one of those "equally productive" somethings. 
Name: Dominick LeeAge: 17 Likes: eating (even managing to choke down the crap that Noah "cooks"), soccer, practical jokes, Noah, music, antagonizing Zach Dislikes: hospitals Extra: An aspiring musician, star soccer player, and Noah's best mate. His skills as a guitarist are top-notch, and his dream is for The Four Horsemen to "blow the minds of the masses." His enthusiasm and good humor (though the butts of his jokes might call it bad humor) make him a charming fellow with a positive attitude and a sharp wit. Nick is somewhat of a daredevil, and will do just about anything to pull a prank or get a thrill--an attribute which puts white hairs on the heads of everyone around him, including that of his often exasperated best friend. However, despite his seemingly open personality, even the great Dominick Lee has his secrets... 
Name: Todd BarkerAge: 18 Likes: Felicia, cigarettes Dislikes: his father, school, Zach Extra: An unruly upperclassman who seems to harbor a grudge against his father, Todd is Revelation Institute's resident bad boy, and for some reason or another, he's even got his teachers tip-toeing around him. The only person he's ever moderately kind to is his girlfriend, Felicia, but he's also extremely possessive, which makes life suck for any guy who even tries to look at her funny. 
Name: Felicia MarceauAge: 17 Likes: family, shopping, animals, studying, Todd Dislikes: criticism Extra: Todd's gorgeous, image-conscious girlfriend. Very family-oriented and kind to a fault, many can't comprehend what a spiffy gal like her is doing with an angry SOB like Todd.

("Doc Morgan's daughter")Age: 17 Likes: poetry Dislikes: stuck up morons Extra: Not much is known about this girl so far, other than the fact that she enjoys writing and regards Todd with reciprocated loathing. Like her name (and the contents of today's lunch), the reason she chooses to wear gloves and turtlenecks in tropical weather is still a mystery. 
Name: Ian MurphyAge: 18 Likes: science, jazz, donuts, hats Dislikes: people stealing his hat Extra: One of the brightest minds at Revelation Institute, the only person who rivals Ian academically is the infamous Noah Lancaster (however, unlike Noah, Ian is generally laid back and personable). He is one of the tutors Zach approaches, yet in spite of his brilliance, he can't seem to remember Zach's name to save his life. 
Name:Dr. Alan MatsumotoAge: 61 Likes: children Dislikes: ? Extra: A quiet, gentle man, and one of three doctors on Revelation who perform monthly check-ups on its citizens. Noah, one of his patients, notes the deep sadness in his eyes each time he goes to see him, but cannot fathom its cause.... 
Name:Danny OliverAge:14 Likes: reading, writing letters to his estranged brother, 4pm naps, spewing random facts Dislikes: being alone Extra: Danny's... a bit of a screwball. For one, he'll talk to anyone who'll listen. And anyone who'll listen will soon discover that this walking encyclopedia of random, often useless facts is just that: random, and often useless. Though he's currently in the ninth grade, he appears to have the mentality of a third grader on a constant sugar high.
